On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached are the size "46" and "4" L.B." flag tags. In the inside back collar is a manufacturers strip tag with "06-46" on it. On the front, back, and each shoulder is the player number "34" in white on teal tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "D.WILLIAMS" in white on teal tackle twill on a black name plate. The jersey has black spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number and behind the "Panthers" screened on logo is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The placement of the "Reebok" logo is unique on his jerseys. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and except for the sleeves appears to have no alterations of any kind.
