The player number "78" appears on the front, back, and both sleeves in white on yellow tackle twill. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. The player name "SMITH" is done in white tackle twill on a maroon nameplate. The "adidas" logo patch is above the player number on both sleeves. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
