On the bottom left tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 48 tag. Above is additional manufacturers tag, "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Los Angeles Rams". On the front, sleeves and on the back is the player number "11" in yellow vinyl lettering. Across the back of is the players name "EVERETT" in white vinyl lettering on a blue name plate. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
