On the front left tail is the "Russell" size 50 manufacturers tag. Attached is the "100% NYLON" flag tag. Above is another white tag that is unreadable (faded). On the front, back and on each shoulder is the player number "57" in silver on black screen print. Across the back is "VAN NOTE" in white tackle twill sewn on a red name plate. The jersey has red spandex sides and taped sleeves. Below the number on each sleeve is the "Falcons" logo in black on grey screen print. The jersey shows tremendous game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
