Size 7-1/4 silver with black "Raider" logo vinyl stickers on both sides, player number "00" decals on the back, signed in black marker on the dome by Jim Otto, who added "00 Hall of Fame 1980." Inner padding is fully intact. Helmet shows light game-use, signature and inscription grade a 7. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
