Riddell size L green helmet with white/silver "Eagle" logo vinyl stickers on both sides, player number "5" decal on the back with American flag and NFL logo stickers. Inner VSR-4 padding is intact with green overspray on the crown wafer padding. Signed in silver ink on the dome by McNabb, who added "99." Helmet shows light game use, signature and inscription grade a 7 to 8. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
