Reginald Martinez Jackson was named Mr. October for a reason. Three pitches, three home runs, all during the World Series at Yankee Stadium. Reggie was the straw that stirred the drink and he led the Bombers to back to back World Championships in 1977 and 1978. He was enshrined into Cooperstown in 1993. On the inner band is the “New Era” manufactured tag. Adjacent is the “7-1/8” size flag tag. Under the brim is player number “44” written in black marker. Adjacent is a signature with inscription “To Ralph III” also done in black marker rating a 7. The cap shows nice game-use with sweat staining on the inner band and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
