The model number is stamped into the knob end. Evans’ number (41) is on the knob end in black marker. There is an autograph on the front barrel in silver marker (“Darrell Evans”) rating a 6-7. Overall: EXCELLENT with heavy game use. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA and another from JSA.
