On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "50." Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey is the "Cardinals on a bat" logo embroidered in red, yellow and black. Below that on the left and on the back of the jersey is the player number "5." Across the back is "PUJOLS" sewn directly on the jersey. All lettering and numbering is done in red on navy blue tackle twill. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official MLB logo. On the left sleeve is the “2006 Inaugural Season” patch with the embroidered "Majestic" logo below. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a MEARS LOA.
