In the inside back collar is the "Wilson" manufacturers size 42 tag with wash instructions. Below this is the "21 82 1 42" embroidered strip tag. On the front left tail is the “82” embroidered year tag. On the left front breast is the “Cubs” logo patch in red and blue embroidery on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player number “21” in blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the embroidered “Cubbie Bear” patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
