On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is a flag tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "PHILLIES." Across the back of the jersey is "HAMELS." Below that and on the left sleeve is the player number "35." All lettering and numbering is done in red on white tackle twill. Below the player number on the left sleeve is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official "MLB" logo. The jersey is autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
