On the left front tail is the "Wilson" size 40 tag. Embroidered below in the tail in blue chain stitch is “1970-1.” In the collar is the “HORLEN” embroidered strip tag. On the front left chest is “SOX” in blue tackle twill. On the front right chest and on the back is the player number “20" in blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “HORLEN” in blue tackle twill. The player name and number has been restored. The jersey shows game-use and besides the name and number restoration appears to have no alterations of any kind.
