On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Below is the embroidered “06 52 S2” strip tag. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062." On the left front chest is the “SOX” logo in black on grey tackle twill. On the front right chest is the player number "25" done in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “THOME” in black on grey tackle twill. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official "MLB" logo. On the left sleeve is the “2005 World Series Champions patch with the embroidered “Majestic” logo below. Autographed on the front in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
