On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag screen printed directly on the jersey. On the outside inseam is the size "56" flag tag. Inside the left seam is a wash tag with code "0065." Across the front of the jersey is "AMERICAN" in cream on brick tackle twill. On the back is the player number "52" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "SABATHIA" in cream tackle twill sewn directly on the jersey. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official "MLB" logo. On the left sleeve is the “2004 All-Star Game” patch with the embroidered "Majestic" logo below. On the right sleeve is the “Indians” team logo patch. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
