On the left front tail is the "MAJESTIC" manufacturers tag. Attached below is the size "50" flag tag. Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062". Across the front is “ORIOLES.” Below and on back is the player number "8." Across the back is the player name "RIPKEN" sewn directly on the jersey. All lettering and numbering is done in orange on black tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Orioles “Bird” patch with the “MAJESTIC” embroidered logo below. On the right sleeve is the American League "100th Anniversary" patch. On the back of the collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
