The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed, shortened and elastic has been added with no manufacturers tags remaining. In the inside back collar is a strip tag with "07-52" on it. On the front, back and each shoulder is the player number "4" in green tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FAVRE" in green tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom open sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows moderate quarterback-use and with the exception of the alterations mentioned above, appears to have no alterations of any kind.
