On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit Minnesota Vikings" manufacturer's tag. Below that is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" tag with the jersey size "44" and wash instructions. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "12" in purple screen print. Across the back of the jersey is the player name “CLABO” in purple tackle twill on a white nameplate. The name plate has been restored. The jersey shows light game-use and besides the restored name plate appears to have no other alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided.
