On the left front tail is the "RUSSELL" manufacturer’s size 48 with wash instructions tag. Attached are a “100% Nylon” and “4” Extra Length” flag tags. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "36" in yellow vinyl lettering. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Russell embroidered logo patch. The player name "BETTIS" is done in white tackle twill on a blue nameplate. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. On the left front breast is the NFL “75th ANNIVERSARY” patch. The jersey is autographed on the "6" on back in red marker rating a 6 due to fading. The jersey shows light game-use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
