The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed, shortened, and elastic has been added with no tags remaining. In the inside back collar is a manufacturer’s strip tag with "03-44 S" on it. Below this is the “Wetrak” tag with bar code label # XA7500FF11. On the front, back and each shoulder is the player number "81" in blue on gold tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HOLT" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below this is the "Rams" logo patch. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows light game-use and with the exception of the alterations mentioned above appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
