On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers size 46 tag. Attached below is the “100% NYLON” flag tag. Above is a paper year tag (faded and unreadable). On the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey is the player number "42" in grey on black screen print. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "RIGGS" in white tackle twill sewn on a red name plate. Below the numbers on each sleeve is the “FALCONS” logo. The jersey shows moderate game-use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
