On the front left tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are two additional manufacturer's tags with the jersey size "46" on it and another with "+4 LENGTH.” Inside the back collar is another manufacturer's tag with "03-46" on it. Player number "45" appears on the front, back and on both shoulders. Player name "DUCKETT" appears on the back on a black nameplate. All numbers and letters are done in white on red tackle twill. On each sleeve below the player number are the embroidered "Reebok" and "Falcons" logos. On the front collar is the "NFL EQUIPMENT" logo shield with "FALCONS" stitched in black below. The jersey has black with red spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows moderate game-use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
