On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Puma" manufacturers tag. Attached is the size “48” and “6” L.B.” flag tags. In the collar is the additional manufacturer’s “99-48” strip tag. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch with the “EAGLES” patch below. The player number "33" appears on the front, back, and both shoulders in green on black tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BIENIEMY” in green on black tackle twill on a white nameplate. Below the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "PUMA" logo and “EAGLES” logo patch. Autographed on front and back in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows heavy game-use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
