The bottom of this jersey has been custom shortened and hemmed. On the inside back collar is the manufacturers tag with "06-50" "S". On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "5" in green on grey on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is "McNABB" in green on black tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below is the "EAGLES" embroidered team logo patch. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below that is the “EAGLES” logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows moderate game-use and besides being custom shortened and hemmed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
