On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag with the size"50" flag tag attached. In the inside back collar is a manufacturer’s strip tag with "05-50." Below this are the “PROVAGROUP.COM” and “XACFAF4E36” tags. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number “11" in blue on white on blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BLEDSOE" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and Cowboys “STAR” patch. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch with the “COWBOYS” patch below. In the front waistband of the pants is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag with the size"38" and “SHORT” flag tags attached. Next to this is a manufacturer’s strip tag with "02." Below this are the “PROVAGROUP.COM” and “XAEFAE747B” tags. The player number “11” is written in the waistband in black marker. On the front upper left leg is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch and on the front upper right leg is the embroidered “REEBOK” logo. The uniform shows tremendous game-use in unwashed condition and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
