On the front left chest is the NFL “75th Anniversary” patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom sleeve cuffs. On each sleeve is the “Patriots” logo with the “APEX” manufacturers patch below. The jersey shows moderate quarterback use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
