On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and jersey size "42." Adjacent is the “Designed & Tailored 1993 Exclusively for Buffalo Bills” tag. The player number "34" is screen printed in blue on red on the front, back, and both sleeves. The Champion logo appears above the player number on both sleeves. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. The player name "THOMAS" is screen printed in blue on a white nameplate. The jersey has white spandex sides. Autographed on the back in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
