On the front left tail is the "Logo Athletic" manufacturer's tag. Attached is a size "46" flag tag. Next to these is the embroidered “98” year tag. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. The player number "28" appears on the front, back, and each sleeve in blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FAULK" in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. Above the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "Logo Athletic" logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows tremendous game-use with team repairs and there appear to be no alterations of any kind.
