The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shortened with no tags remaining. On the inside back collar is the manufacturers tag with "04-46". On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "37" in white on gold on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is "SANDERS" in white tackle twill on a purple name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo patch. Embroidered below that is "RAVENS". On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below that is the "RAVENS" crest patch. The jersey has purple spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows moderate game-use and besides being custom hemmed and shortened appears to have no alterations of any kind.
