The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shortened. Inside the back collar of this jersey is a manufacturer's tag with "06-48 S" on it. The player number "9" appears on the front and back in black on orange tackle twill. The player number “9” also appears on the shoulders in white on black tackle twill. Below the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "Reebok" logo patch. Across the back is the player name "PALMER" in white on black tackle twill on an orange name plate. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. Below this is the "BENGALS" logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows light quarterback-use and besides being custom shortened and hemmed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
