In the back collar is the "Russell" manufacturers size 42 tag with wash instructions. Attached below is the "100% NYLON" and "2" Extra Body Length" flag tags. Next to these is the "91" felt strip tag. On the front, back on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "1" in white on red screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "MOON" on a light blue name plate in white on red tackle twill. The jersey has custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows light quarterback-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
