Above this an additional manufacturers "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Oakland Raiders" tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "16" in black on grey tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BLANDA" in black tackle twill on a white nameplate. The jersey has elastic sleeve cuffs. The jersey shows no game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
