Alex Delvecchio holds NHL records for seasons played and games played in a career spent with only one team. He won three Stanley Cups as a member of the Red Wings and was a thirteen time All-Star. In 1977, he was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame and in 1991 had his number "10" retired by the Red Wings. Inside the rear collar is the “OLYMPIC DETROIT” manufacturers tag. Attached is the size “46” flag tag. Inside the rear tail is a black tag with “CUSTOM TAILORED BY THE GENERAL GREENVILLE, OHIO.” The team “Red Wing” patch appears on the front of the sweater. On back and on both sleeves is player number “10” done in white tackle twill. On the number is Delvecchio’s autograph with inscription “HOF 1977” done in blue marker rating an 8-9. The fight strap is intact. The jersey shows nice game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a hand-signed LOA from Alex Delvecchio, a LOA from Milt Byron, a LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
