On the back inside collar of this knit jersey is the "CCM/Maska" manufacturer's flag tag with wash instructions and a size "56" flag tag next to it. On the inside back is the original fight strap. On the front is the large "Bruins" logo in yellow, black and white tackle twill. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "8" in black on yellow tackle twill. On each shoulder above the numbers is the "Bruins" embroidered logo patch. Across the back is the player name "NEELY" in black on yellow tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front left breast is the Alternate Captains "A" in black on yellow tackle twill. On the front right breast is the “September 26, 1995 Last Hurrah” patch. On the inside back tail is "Lettering by Custom Crafted Official Boston Bruins Playoff Set 1994-95 Season". There are numerous hit marks on both sleeves and on the front and back bottom with team repairs. The jersey shows nice game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
