On the front left tail is the "Adidas" manufacturer's tag. Attached below is the size "52” and year “01” flag tags. Across the front of the jersey is "IRISH" in white on gold tackle twill. Below that and on the back of the jersey is the player number "4" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HUMPHREY" in white tackle twill. On the upper left shoulder is a “USA” flag. On the upper right shoulder is “NOTRE DAME” embroidered in white. Accompanied by a sticker from Notre Dame stating the game, date and stats. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a Notre Dame LOA.
