On the left front tail of the jersey is the "NIKE" manufacturer's size "50" tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag reading "LENGTH +4”. The inside inseam has two tags, a Nike washing instructions “Made in USA” tag and a "2003-04" year tag. Across the front of the jersey is "LAKERS" in purple on yellow tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "20" in purple on yellow tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "PAYTON" in the same tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. This jersey is made out of the Nike “Dri-Fit” material. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
