On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag with “8 2004-2005" written on it in black marker. Attached are three additional manufacturer's tags, with the jersey size "48," the season "2003-2004" and “PLAYDRY” on them. Below that is an additional manufacturer's tag with "04-05 SET #1" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "TIMBERWOLVES" in black on silver on blue triple tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "8" in the same triple tackle twill. Across the back is "SPREWELL" in black tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official NBA logo. On the inside back center waistband of the shorts is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag with "2004-2005," "8" and "H1" written on it in black marker. Attached to that are four additional manufacturer's tags with the shorts size "40" waist and "1"H.R." and "1"L.I." and “PLAYDRY” on them. On the bottom right front is the embroidered official NBA logo. There are Velcro pieces (team-attached) on the bottom front and back of the jersey and inside the waistband of the shorts. The uniform show game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
