On the left front tail is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with the jersey size "44" on it. Above is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the New Orleans Jazz" tag. Across the front is "JAZZ." Below that and on the back is the player number "15." All lettering and numbering is done in white tackle twill. The tackle twill has dried out and is cracking. The name on back has been removed. The jersey shows game-use and besides the name on back being removed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
