On the inside front is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "48" on it. Next to that is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Seattle Supersonics" tag. On the front left chest is the "Supersonics" logo in white and yellow screen print. On the front right chest is the player number "36" in yellow screen print. Across the back is "SILAS" in white on green screen print on a yellow name plate. On the back inside waistband is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "38" on it. Next to this tag is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the "Seattle Supersonics" tag. On the upper right leg is the player number "36" in yellow screen print. The jacket and pants show wear and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
