On the inside right tail is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "42" on it. Adjacent is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Seattle Supersonics" tag. On the inside left tail is the additional embroidered strip tags which read "2" L.B." and "89". On the left breast is "Seattle" city logo in yellow and white screen print. On the right breast is player number “2” in yellow screen print with the official "NBA" embroidered logo above. Across the back is the player name “PAYTON” in white on green screen print. The jacket show good wear and there appears to be no alterations of any kind. The jacket was made in 1989 but was not worn by Payton until the 1990-91 season.
