In the front right center tail is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with jacket size "40." Next to this is the “Sand-Knit" manufacturer's exclusive tag. In the left front center tail is the “3” L.B.” and “86” embroidered strip tags. In the collar is a white strip tag with the player number “21” written in black marker. On the lower right front is the “Hawks” team logo patch. Across the back is "ATLANTA HAWKS" done in white tackle twill. On the upper right breast is the “NBA” embroidered logo. Autographed on front and back in black marker and rates an 8. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
