On the front left tail is the "CHAMPION" manufacturers size 50 tag. Next to that tag is the Champion "YEAR 1991 BODY LENGTH 0" tag. Across the front is "UTAH JAZZ" in purple screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "32" in the same screen print. Across the back is the player name "K.MALONE" in purple tackle twill. On the front left breast is the official "NBA" logo patch. Autographed on front in blue marker and rates a 7. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
