Across the front is "UTAH JAZZ" in purple screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "12" in the same screen print. Across the back is the player name "STOCKTON" in purple tackle twill. On the front left breast is the official "NBA" logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
