On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "46" on it. Above this is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Denver Nuggets" tag. Next to those are two additional embroidered strip tags which read "3" L.B." and "88." Across the front of the jersey is "NUGGETS" in white on blue on yellow tackle twill. On the front left breast and on back is player number "6" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "DAVIS" in yellow tackle twill on a blue name plate. On the back inside waistband of the shorts is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "38" on it. Next to this is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Denver Nuggets" tag. The player number “6” is written on these tags in black marker. Next to those are two additional embroidered strip tags which read "1" H.R." and "88." The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
