In the back collar of the Phil Ford jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's size 40 wash instructions tag. Next to this is a "3 Inch Extra Length" flag tag. On the bottom left is an additional “Rawlings” manufacturers tag. On the front left tail of the Tree Rollins jersey is the "Champion" manufacturers size 48 tag with wash instructions. Inside the left seam is the "4" Extra Length" tag. On the left front tail of the Tim McCormick jersey is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 46 tag. Above is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for "Houston Rockets" tag. Next to these are three additional strip tags which read "88", "1" L.B." and a strip tag with the player number “40” written in black marker. All three jerseys have all the numbering and lettering in tackle twill with names on the back in matching tackle twill. The jerseys show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind. Each jersey is accompanied by a LOA from MEARS.
