On the front tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for 1992 Summer Olympic Games." Next to that tag is the "CHAMPION" size "44" manufacturer's wash tag. The inside inseam has two tags, "100% NYLON" tag, and another tag "3" EXTRA BODY LENGTH." Across the front of the jersey is "USA" in red and blue screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "15" in red on blue screen print. Across the back is "JOHNSON" in red screen print. On the front left shoulder is the "C" Champion logo patch. Autographed on front in blue marker and rates an 8. The jersey is a pro-cut and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
