This ring is a salesman's sample and practically identical to the one presented to Julius Erving after winning the 1974 ABA Championship. This size 11 ring is cast in yellow gold. Around the top perimeter is "ABA World Champions NY Nets" in relief. In the top center is a blue and red enameled ABA basketball into which a round synthetic diamond has been set. On the right shank is the name "Erving" in relief, below which is the Nets logo in relief, below which is stamped the ABA logo. On the left shank is "1974" in relief, below which is a three-part shield engraved with "Nets/Stars 111-100 4-1," "Nets 4 Colonels 0" and Nets 4 Squires 1." Inside the ring is stamped "10K" with "7223-0" engraved. Overall NRMT-MINT condition with very light wear.
