On the front left tail is the "Wilson" manufacturer’s size 46 wash instructions tag. Across the front is “PACERS" in blue tackle twill. Below that and on back is the player number "12" in blue on yellow tackle twill. The name on back has been removed. The jersey shows game-use and besides the name on back being removed appears to be no other alterations of any kind.
