On the left front tail is the "CHAMPION" manufacturer's size "52" tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "Twenty Fifth Anniversary Super Bowl III Champions" tag. On the front and back is the player number "42" in green tackle twill. On each sleeve is the player number “42” in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "LOTT" in green tackle twill on a white name plate. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "CHAMPION" logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom open sleeves. The shirt has small holes throughout from being displayed in a frame. On the front left breast is the "Twenty Fifth Anniversary Super Bowl III Champions” patch. Autographed on the back number in gold marker and rates a 7. The jersey shows light game-use and with the exception of the alterations mentioned appears to have no other alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
