On the left front tail of the jersey is the "WILSON" manufacturers tag. Attached is the size “44” flag tag. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number “51” in white on orange screen print. Across the back is the player name “COX” in white screen print on an aqua name plate. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. The jersey has aqua spandex sides and custom elastic lineman sleeves. On the right sleeve the “JR” patch has been removed and the outline remains. Autographed on the back number in orange marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows heavy game-use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
