On the left front tail is the "CHAMPION" manufacturer's size "42" tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "DESIGNED & TAILORED 1995 EXCLUSIVELY FOR BUFFALO BILLS" tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "12" in white on red screen print. Across the back is the player name "KELLY" in white vinyl lettering on a blue name plate. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "Champion" logo patch. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom open sleeves. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
